Q2S - the Centre for Quantifiable Quality of Service in Communication Systems at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology is honored to host the 1st Euro-NF Plenary Meeting.
The plenary meeting takes place October 1-3, 2008.
VenueThe Q2S centre is located in Trondheim, the third largest city in Norway with its population size of 165 thousand. Hence on an international scale Trondheim is definitely a small city. The plenary meeting will take place at Britannia Hotel in Trondheim. Britannia Hotel is located in the heart of the city. Hence many of the interesting sites in Trondheim will be within walking distance. The hotel is in itself a site, being more than 100 years old and with a long list of visits by prominent guests including Roald Amundsen and Bob Dylan. Getting thereTrondheim is very well accessible whatever means of transport you choose. An up to date description of transport options is available via the official Trondheim web site. When in the city centre, Britannia Hotel, where all meetings will take place, may be reached by walking or a short taxi trip. The airport express coach stops within walking distance of the hotel. Note: As for previous plenary meetings in EuroNGI and EuroFGI, only researchers from EuroNF member institutions may participate, and there is no registration fee.

The registration service handles both registrations to the meetings as well as booking of accommodation in a selected set of hotels in the city centre.
IMPORTANT: Deadline for booking accommodation via our booking service is Wednesday September 16th. Later bookings should be made directly with the hotels.
